易老师的书创作的比较浅显易懂，还有自己的思考，可谓浅入深出，有空翻翻，有不少收获。
里面有的观点挺好，人生有两种状态一种是幸福，一种是不幸福，任何中间状态都是浑浑噩噩！但有些观点矛盾，而且有很多话一直重复！
