此剧可以说是一本讲流程管理的专业剧集,对于门外汉来说,确实读起来比较晦涩生硬,遇到有些专业名词,更是云里雾里,丈二和尚摸不着头脑。但是硬着头皮读完以后,感觉还是有些收获,首先做什么事要有模式体系思想,通俗一点讲就是要有套路,对于一件事情的推行,要有宣传学习,要有检查督促,要有考核评估,要有总结讲评。其次是编剧也比较谦虚,在书中写到:学习理论知识是一方面,更重要的是要运用于实践中,不能生搬硬套书中的公式表格方法,要结合实际,取其精华去其糟粕,理解流程管理的目标意义,理解流程管理分析问题解决问题的理念思路,这才真正达到了看剧的目的,才能学有所获。再次是学到编剧在书中说要及时记录下自己的心得和想法,以备需要时就可以拿来使用

之前只看过他的《天眼》,并听闻他是《天眼》《天眼》的影视顾问?因为这些作品都往往透露出一些深刻的人性描写,以至于编剧留在我脑海中的印象还是是苦大仇深型的。刚开始看这部剧,一开始是娓娓道来的一些生活小故事,语言随心所致,也不乏风趣幽默,还颇感到有些意外。而到后面几篇,感觉则展现了编剧一定的影视学术功底,理解起来颇需要一点思考时间,他对于写作的理解,对文风的思考和转变,对长篇剧集创作的描述等等很是能改变我对于剧集家的印象。
书里的观点不仅之前有接触过而且也深感认同,再一次学习到书本中系统的归纳,受教受益。像,好转反应,减压结论,少儿教育,以及身心一体的促进健康等等,都给了我很多很多启发与指导,书本最后编剧老师还认真的分享了自创的健身操,感觉到编剧老师是一个真诚的注重实践的人,读后很快乐很感恩,也想对编剧老师说,谢谢。^_^
