关于骨骼和肌肉的内容少了些图示，对身体的认知仍有些不全面不清晰。佩服编剧能从中医和古汉语等多角度地切入，形象生动。
语言朴实，亲身经历的事情写出来特别感人，可见每个人都生活的并非容易，就算是昔日叱咤风云的成功人物也一不小心都会被生活的巨浪吞噬的无影无踪。
这是一本以资本市场为载体的剧集，对没有接触过这方面的小白，不失为一本可以学习的书，可以对资本市场有个大致了解。
2021年的第2本剧，读之前以为这是本科普兼养生类的书，但没想到还挺重口的，哈哈哈…不过总体来说还是挺实用的。读完这部剧最大的感触就是为自己的无知感到羞愧，也为生命的无常感到无奈，一个人很可能不经意间就感染了病毒，因为一个没护理好的小伤口导致某个器官发生癌变……我们的身体是强大的但同时又是脆弱的，身体的免疫系统、神经、激素每天都在努力地保护着你，想想自己之前那些不健康的饮食和作息，我真觉得好对不起它们啊，以后还是对自己的身体好一些吧除了灵魂，身体也需要你负责任的生活方式啊。 还有一点，就像书中说的: 其实所谓的禁忌根本没有什么意义。什么屁啊💩啊这些东西在科学面前不都是光着腚的吗，就像网上的一个段子说一段亲密关系大多都是从一个屁开始的，说的好有道理，但脑补一下那个画面就觉得好好笑啊 ————这两天分别收到了来自学校和学部的春节大礼包happy~/Beijing

前三分之二很不错，家国情怀，很多内容都可以联想到现实的事件，细细想来还颇有回味，后面就已经不知所云了。
